Kapanlagi.com - The turmoil between Bibi Kelinci restaurant and the couple Zendhy Kusuma and Evi Santi has now entered a more serious chapter. After attempts at a family settlement through a summons went unanswered, the restaurant owner, Nabilah O'Brien, has finally decided to take legal action.

The case, which began from an incident at the restaurant on Friday (19/9/2025), has now been officially reported to the police. The report was submitted directly to the Mampang Police Station in South Jakarta, after the deadline for the summons passed without any good faith from the reported party.

The legal representative of Bibi Kelinci, Eishen Simatupang, emphasized that this step had to be taken because all peaceful avenues they offered seemed to hit a dead end.

"So why did we finally report it to the police station, Polsek Mampang, because the deadline for fulfilling our request passed yesterday at 1 PM," said Eishen Simatupang when met in the Kemang area, South Jakarta, on Friday (26/9/2025).

Eishen explained that the police had received their report well. The criminal elements reported are serious, including allegations of theft and assault.

"When we submitted the report, we analyzed theoretically that there are at least several criminal offenses. First about theft, then about assault," he explained.

"According to the police precinct, the most, most potentially fulfilled is related to theft first," added Eishen.

This legal action is the peak of the patience of Nabilah O'Brien. Previously, they only demanded three points of apology, including to the pregnant staff who had received insults from Evi Santi.

However, instead of apologizing, Zendhy Kusuma's party allegedly provided a false address when returning to the restaurant, which is considered a sign of bad faith.

"So we regard this as a gesture of bad faith," Eishen asserted.
