"It was extraordinary, 38 years we were together, that's what I say, we loved each other because we love God. If today she is called, it means God loves her more," said Ikang Fawzi after the funeral at TPU Tanah Kusir, South Jakarta, Wednesday (10/2/2024).
To love and live together until finally having two children, namely Isabella Fawzi and Chikita Fawzi, is a fortune he has. Moreover, the late was a loving and hardworking person during her lifetime.
"I am very lucky, she socialized a lot with people and indeed worked hard," said Ikang Fawzi.
Although he was initially struck by the sudden departure of his wife, Ikang Fawzi eventually found it in his heart to be sincere about destiny.
"So if Allah calls my wife, I am sincere. I love you, Love," said the man who married Marissa on July 3, 1986.
The person with the full name Ahmad Zulfikar Fawzi requested prayers for his late wife. He hopes that all sins, whether intentional or not, that Marissa committed during her lifetime will be forgiven by God.
"Please pray for my wife, the mother of my children, Marissa Grace Haque, may her good deeds be rewarded by Allah SWT," he requested.
"Thank you, please, if you get home, continue to pray for my beloved wife because she was a very good wife to everyone," he concluded.
As is known, Marissa passed away on Wednesday, October 2, 2024, at 00:43 WIB. It is suspected that the late passed away due to cardiac arrest and her body has been buried according to her wishes, namely at TPU Tanah Kusir, South Jakarta.
