For Bernadya, each song has a different story and meaning. It turns out that most of the songs were created from the stories or confessions of her fans.
When met in the Kebayoran Baru area, South Jakarta, on Thursday (27/6), Bernadya said that the songs included in the album titled 'Sialnya, Hidup Harus Tetap Berjalan' were written during the dark period he experienced.
"All the songs I wrote during the time when my world stopped, my world collapsed. Many problems came all at once, it felt really heavy. Whether I like it or not, the curse of life keeps on going," said Bernadya.
"It all started from me writing on my own and from my experiences, but my life wasn't as exciting until I could make a lot of songs. So, I like to listen to my friends vent," he added.
When asked further, the singer of the song 'Kata Mereka Ini Berlebihan' explained that inspiration was also obtained from fans who sent messages through social media. From the stories of the fans, he felt that what he experienced was also felt by the fans.
Therefore, he considered those stories interesting if they were made into a song. "When I read their messages, I felt desperate. I felt like I really knew how it feels," he explained.
"As much as possible, if I have time, I will reply. Apparently, their stories are interesting to be made into a song," he added.
Hopefully, Bernadya's career in the music industry of the homeland will shine even brighter. All of his songs always resonate with the listeners.
