Iqbaal Ramadhan Leaves Svmmerdose Band, Here's the Reason

Kapanlagi.com - The actor and musician, Iqbaal Ramadhan, has resigned from his band, Svmmerdose. Actually, this decision has been made by Iqbaal Ramadhan since November 2021, but he officially resigned on January 1, 2022.

According to the press release received by Kapanlagi.com on Friday (2/4/2022), Iqbaal resigned from the band because he wanted to explore other things, such as film and music. Despite leaving the band, the Dilan 1990 actor is still involved in the music industry.

"Yes, I will still be involved in music and film because you could say that I was 'born' in these two worlds. For music, I will try to choose a different genre from before. Maybe towards alternative or even dance music," said Iqbaal Ramadhan.

1. Want to Focus

"Currently, I am trying to focus on my own talents and desires. I still want to continue exploring and discovering new things, according to my own wishes, before collaborating with other musicians. However, that desire will always be there and it is not impossible that in the future I will collaborate with musicians that I admire," added Iqbaal.

2. Have Many Desires to Enter the Film World

Then Iqbaal added, there are many new things that he wants to do. Certainly, it still relates to film. Iqbaal admitted that he wants to learn to produce a film.

"Until now, I have always worked in front of the screen. This time, I will try to work behind the scenes for a film production. This is a new thing that I have wanted to experience the pre-production process, shooting, and post-production as a crew. In addition, I also have plans to release music as myself by choosing genres that I like and have wanted to work on for a long time," he said.

3. Many Careers Await

Stepping back from Svmmerdose is not the end of everything for Iqbaal Ramadhan. In fact, there are still many new things that Iqbaal Ramadhan wants to try and explore.

"This is not the end. There will be projects from me in the future. If asked about solo career or releasing singles in the future, of course, there are desires as I have mentioned before," he said.

"But, I can't give any hints yet. What's important is that I will continue to create and produce honest works that can be enjoyed by the public, especially the fans who have always supported me," Iqbaal concluded.

4. Svmmerdose Loses Its Member

It is known that Svmmerdose was established on April 10, 2017. Initially, it consisted of three members, namely Rinrin (vocalist), Agy (guitarist), and Iqbaal (bassist). However, Agy left in October 2019, leaving Rinrin and Iqbaal behind.

Some of the singles released by Svmmerdose are Independent, Got It All, Crush, Break My Walls. Not only that, Svmmerdose has released two albums, She/Her/Hers in August 2019 and EP Yeah Yeah Youth in April 2021.
