Irish Bella Officially Divorced, Ammar Zoni Must Provide 10 Million Rupiah per Month for Child Support

Kapanlagi.com - The Religious Court of Depok has granted the divorce petition from Irish Bella against Ammar Zoni. The divorce court decision of Irish Bella and Ammar Zoni was shared through e-court on Thursday (1/2/2024).

"Based on the examination in court and the facts presented during the trial, the panel of judges has made efforts and determined the decision. The plaintiff's petition from Irish Bella has been granted," said M. Kamal Syarif, Public Relations of the Religious Court of Depok, on Thursday (1/2/2024).

1. Demanding Custody Rights for the Child

Then, the judge granted three points of demand requested by Irish Bella. In addition to divorce, Irish Bella requested custody of the children and child support from Ammar Zoni.

"The second lawsuit is related to child custody, two children, asking for Irish Bella to be designated as the custodian of those two children," said Kamal.

2. Child Support of Rp10 Million per Month

Regarding child support, Kamal revealed that the determined amount is Rp 10 million per month.

"Furthermore, in addition to that, requesting child support for children cared for by the plaintiff with a nominal amount of Rp 10 million per month for living expenses," concluded Kamal.

As already known, Irish Bella filed for divorce on November 6, 2023, with case number 3153/Pdt.G/2023/PA Depok.
