Kapanlagi.com - Irish Bella shared her process before undergoing the IVF program in Malaysia. She admitted to having conversations with several fellow artists who have had similar experiences, but did not make it her sole reference in making decisions.

"Yes, yes, yes. But you can't generalize everything. Maybe just asking about the process. 'Oh, it will be like this, this, this.' But everyone's situation is different," said Irish Bella when met in the Senen area, Central Jakarta, on Friday (14/8/2026).

Irish emphasized that the conversation was merely to find out the stages she would go through. She chose to focus on her personal condition along with her family and the medical team handling her in Malaysia.

1. Discussion with Artist Friends Before the Program

According to Irish Bella, conversations with her friends are more about exchanging information regarding the steps of the IVF program. She does not consider the experiences of others as a benchmark, as each couple has different needs and conditions.

Haldy Sabri added that the reality on the ground can vary for each couple, even though they are both undergoing the IVF program. This aligns with Irish's emphasis that one person's experience cannot be equated with another's.

The discussions she had helped her understand the general flow of the process. However, the final decision and how to undergo the program are adjusted to her personal situation with her family, including plans for handling it in Malaysia.

2. Close Support as a Reliance

Irish Bella refers to her closest support as the main pillar during the program. Although she did ask her friends, the most meaningful encouragement actually came from her family and the doctors treating her in Malaysia.

"In the field, yes, that's how it is. So I mostly just ask my friends. But again, when it comes to the support that motivates me, it's definitely my family and the doctors, maybe those in Malaysia," explained Irish.

Compared to her previous pregnancy experience, she feels a difference in the support circle, which is now broader. According to her, the presence of close people who actively embrace and help has a big impact on the process she is going through.

"What distinguishes this pregnancy from the previous one is probably that there is now a lot of support system," she said.

3. Journey to Kuala Lumpur and the Exhausting Process

Irish Bella admits that the pregnancy program she is undergoing is not an easy process. She has traveled back and forth to Kuala Lumpur several times to undergo a series of procedures, a journey that drains her energy.

"And there are more people embracing and helping, especially since our pregnancy program is not easy. Going back and forth to Kuala Lumpur is quite exhausting," Irish continued.

Amid the busy stages that she must go through, family becomes a source of strength. The hugs from her husband, children, and the support of her extended family, Irish said, provide extra energy to endure the long process of the IVF program.

"So being embraced by my husband, embraced by my children, and family. That really helps a lot," Irish concluded.
