Irish Bella's One-Year IVF Program, Efforts from Jakarta to Kuala Lumpur

Kapanlagi.com - Irish Bella officially announces her pregnancy news. The actress stated that her pregnancy is now approaching five months, after going through a long IVF journey with her husband, Haldy Sabri.

"Alhamdulillah, as of today, I am over 4 months pregnant. Almost 5 months, heading towards 5," said Irish Bella when met in the Senen area, Central Jakarta, on Friday (14/8/2026).

This awaited pregnancy is the result of an in vitro fertilization (IVF) program that lasted more than a year. Irish and Haldy previously took various steps before finally being declared positively pregnant.

1. Irish Bella Jalani IVF for Over a Year

Irish explained that the IVF program has been underway since last year. She emphasized that the duration was not short until they finally received the news of pregnancy.

"The program itself started over a year ago," said Irish.

Haldy Sabri confirmed the long process from the beginning until they were declared pregnant. "From the start until it happened, it took over a year," said Haldy.

The IVF program was undertaken by Irish and Haldy as a joint effort to have children. Both underwent a series of examinations and medical procedures during that period.

2. Efforts in Jakarta Continued to Kuala Lumpur

Before succeeding, this couple first tried insemination and IVF in Jakarta. Several procedures at that time did not yield results.

"We tried insemination, we also tried IVF here in Jakarta, but it wasn't our luck. Thank God, our luck came when we succeeded in Kuala Lumpur," said Irish.

Success was then achieved when they continued their treatment in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. The relocation became part of a long journey that ultimately led to the news of pregnancy.

3. Third Attempt and Family Support

Irish stated that this pregnancy is not the result of the first attempt. She revealed that she has gone through two unsuccessful attempts, making the process filled with emotional dynamics.

"This is also not the first one that succeeded right away, this is the third one, right Darling? The third one. So the emotions are quite involved there, right?" said Irish.

Family support is mentioned as the main pillar during the lengthy procedure. "So being embraced by my husband, embraced by the children, and by family. So that really helps a lot," concluded Irish.

As information, Irish Bella married Haldy Sabri on October 19, 2024, at her residence in the Cinere area, Depok, West Java. Haldy is a businessman who already has two children. Previously, Irish was married to Ammar Zoni on April 28, 2019, and was blessed with two children before officially divorcing on February 1, 2024.
