"I heard the news and I was really sad because I saw it on social media. When I saw the news on social media (I hoped) 'hopefully they won't (get divorced)'," said Anwar BAB.

When asked further, Anwar admitted that he has not met Ruben or Sarwendah again until now. However, the 31-year-old man has shown support for the adoptive mother of Betrand Peto.

"When I chatted with Bu Wenda, I said 'Bu Wenda, keep going.' She said 'yes, Anwar'," he said.

3. Hoping for the Best

Of course, as a friend, he also does not want to interfere further in Ruben and Sarwendah's marital affairs. Therefore, he hopes that both of them can be good as before.

"But I don't want to ask, it's not that I don't care, but this is their own domain. I'm afraid Anwar will be seen as nosy. As a friend who prays for the best, hopefully they won't (get divorced)," he explained.

"Whatever happens, we pray for the best. Every marriage has its own problems. Hopefully, if there are problems, it can strengthen the bond, hopefully they can get through this," he concluded.
