Kapanlagi.com - The South Jakarta District Court has scheduled the first divorce mediation session for Ruben Onsu and Sarwendah. Tumpanuli Marbun, the spokesperson for the South Jakarta District Court, stated that the first session for Ruben Onsu and Sarwendah will be held on July 9, 2024.
"The session is scheduled for July 2024. The judge has been appointed," said Tumpanuli Marbun at his office on Wednesday (12/6/2024).
Tumpanuli Marbun explained that Ruben Onsu and Sarwendah are required to attend the first session for mediation. If they do not attend, they will be summoned again for the next session.
"So, mediation must precede the session. If the parties do not attend the first session, they will certainly be summoned again in the next session," he said.
Then Tumpanuli Marbun said, in the upcoming mediation session, the panel of judges will attempt to reconcile Ruben Onsu and Sarwendah.
"In mediation, we also strive to achieve peace. Usually, we call twice, if they don't attend, we declare it unsuccessful," concluded Tumpanuli Marbun.
