This time, the man who is also known as Igun carried the theme of Hope Love, Happiness. The models walked in an outdoor location with a cool setting without any audience and implemented strict health protocols. A total of 42 models showcased the latest collections of Muslim clothing, ahead of the holy month of Ramadan and Eid al-Fitr.

"I see that Mandjha Hijab and Khalif Men's Wear by Ivan Gunawan are Muslim clothing that can still thrive in the pandemic era. At first, I was wondering whether to hold a virtual fashion show. But I didn't want to. Finally, I decided to hold it live, so I chose Gedong Putih," Ivan said in a virtual press conference on Thursday (26/2).

Igun certainly doesn't choose the name of his fashion show randomly this time. Full of personal meaning, the designer who also has many businesses in the culinary field embeds prayers and hopes through his work.

"This work is created from my heart situation from 2020 to 2021, which is definitely full of struggles or trials. And I feel that hope is a hope. That in this life, I hope that the hope in front of me becomes brighter. Love because we live, of course, it should be based on love. So, love for family, love for others, appreciating differences, and everything else. And also happiness, that in this life, we must be able to make peace with ourselves," Igun continued.

In the 42 outfits of Raya Collection 2021, Ivan showcases pastel colors, including lilac, which he believes will be trending this year. In addition, there are other colors such as army green, mustard yellow, grayish green, terracotta, cream, white, and black.

"If you notice, later, my media friends, the colors that I will make a trend in 2021, the main color, is lilac," he said.
