Jane Shalimar Passed Away a Day After Rachmawati Soekarno Putri, the Future Mother-in-Law

Kapanlagi.com - Sad news has come from the entertainment world. Actress and politician from the Democratic Party, Jane Shalimar, has passed away today, Sunday (4/7).

Olive also provided information that Jane Shalimar's funeral will be held today at TPU Jeruk Purut, South Jakarta. The entire funeral procession will adhere to the Covid-19 protocols.

1. Funeral Preparation

When contacted by KapanLagi.com reporter via telephone, Olive, who is Jane Shalimar's colleague in the Democratic Party, provided information that preparations for the funeral are currently underway.

"Thank you, sir, I am preparing the funeral and everything first," said Olive while crying.

2. Previously Critical and Tested Positive for Covid-19

Previously, Jane Shalimar experienced critical condition due to severe pneumonia caused by Covid-19. This was known through a message circulating in a WhatsApp group of media personnel.

"Jane Shalimar experienced bilateral pneumonia (both lungs) SPECIFIC SEVERE COVID C19 pneumonia with cloud and infiltrate (white haze) in both lungs," reads a brief message from Dr. GD, a doctor from the Democratic Party who accompanied Jane Shalimar in the hospital to the media on Wednesday (30/6/2021).

"Finally, it was decided to use NRM 15ltr/mnt but the oxygen was unable to rise and the final action was a ventilator," he continued.

3. Following Former In-Laws

As is known, on Saturday (3/7) Indonesia also lost a popular political figure, Rachmawati Soekarnoputri. She passed away at the age of 70 at RSPAD. According to information received, the daughter of the first President of Indonesia, Soekarno, was declared positive for COVID-19 before her death.

Interestingly, Rachmawati Soekarnoputri was the former mother-in-law of Jane Shalimar. As is known, the late Jane Shalimar had a household with Didi before officially divorcing around 2018.
