According to Jennifer Coppen, the popularity she has achieved now is inseparable from her role as a content creator. She feels that the reach of her name has become much larger thanks to her intense interactions in the online world.
"Wow, that's really far. TikTok has been like a really huge part of my life, it has truly changed my life. Maybe if it weren't for TikTok, I wouldn't be as well-known as I am. So, it's really big, very important," said Jennifer Coppen at the Emtek City Studio, West Jakarta, on Friday (21/11/2025).
However, this fame does not come without risks. Jennifer realizes that there is a less pleasant side to being in the public eye on such a large platform. She feels the loss of privacy as her personal life has now become public consumption.
"Of course. It feels like there’s no privacy, everyone knows your life. Especially TikTok, which is one of the biggest platforms, arguably bigger than others. But yeah, that's life. It happens, you know," she stated.
In facing negative comments or content that may arise, Jennifer now chooses a calmer attitude. She admits that she doesn’t want to worry or overly defend herself against people who really don’t like her.
"For me, I just choose to ignore it now, because it feels pointless to defend myself or anything, because if people really don’t like you, they just won’t like you. So I just surrender and enjoy my life," Jennifer explained.
On the other hand, as an active user, Jennifer also has her own viewing preferences. Uniquely, her For You Page (FYP) is now dominated by children's content, which she feels is very relevant to her status as the mother of Kamari.
"What is it? Maybe mostly little kids, like Abe or Jema, or like Brielle, things like that. Because it's related to my child, so what's often appearing is about little kids," she concluded.
