Jessica Iskandar Calls the Birth of Her Third Child an Extraordinary Experience

Jessica Iskandar is enjoying a moment of happiness after giving birth to her third child. The second daughter from her marriage to Vincent Verhaag was born on Monday (12/2/2024) at 21:30 WIB through a normal delivery. Read more below!

"I want to express my gratitude to God Almighty for today, the day when I could go through such a beautiful journey during childbirth yesterday," said Jessica at RS Bunda, Central Jakarta, Sunday (12/8/2024).

Jessica recounted that this birth process was a bit different because there were several conditions that required her to undergo treatment in the hospital for eight days. Nevertheless, she is grateful that everything went well.

"For sure, as already mentioned by Dr. Benny and Dr. Tria, this birth had several factors that made my husband and I stay in the hospital for eight days. But aside from all that, this is a beautiful and extraordinary experience," she said.

Jessica also shared her reasons for choosing a normal delivery for this third birth. She feels confident and hopes to give birth naturally like her two previous children.

In addition, the beautiful birth date of December 2 has also been a hope that she has affirmed since the beginning of her pregnancy.

"For a normal delivery, what I always hope for is to give birth normally. Because my first and second children were also born normally. So I really hope that my third child can be born normally. If the beautiful date is December 2, I affirm to myself and also to the baby, hopefully we can meet on that date," said Jessica Iskandar.

Meanwhile, Vincent Verhaag also expressed his emotions over his wife's struggle. He described the moment as surprising, but still grateful because everything went smoothly.

"What happened to this wife is not something small. This is something that can be considered shocking, but thank you Lord Jesus, everything is fine," said Vincent.
