Keenan Nasution's Party Firmly Denies 'Three-Time Loss' Issue Against the Late Vidi Aldiano

Minola acknowledged that his side did indeed file three separate lawsuits due to several alleged violations. However, this does not mean they have lost in three different trials.

"If it indeed means that there are three lawsuits, then there are three lawsuits that we filed, because there are several violations that were committed and there are three lawsuits," he explained.

"But if someone states that we lost three times, where does that claim of three losses come from? This is the first thing that needs to be clarified," he emphasized.

He explained that the ruling from the Commercial Court on the lawsuit is NO or Niet Ontvankelijke Verklaard (not admissible), which means the ruling is formal and has not yet addressed the substance of the case. According to him, the loss in this context has only occurred once at the first level.

"And only lost once, if it is indeed considered a loss when the Commercial Court did not accept our lawsuit," he explained.

After that ruling, his side immediately took legal action for cassation. This rebuttal is important to clarify the narrative that has circulated, which seems to portray Keenan Nasution's side as always being in the losing position in this dispute.

Now, with the request to halt the cassation process, Keenan's side hopes that all misunderstandings can come to an end.
