Kenny Austin Relaxed Parenting Baby Zac, Amanda Manopo Actually More Anxious as a New Mother

Kenny Austin shares his experience as a new father since the birth of his daughter, Baby Zac. The actor revealed that he has a more relaxed parenting style compared to his wife, Amanda Manopo, who he admits is more prone to worry in caring for their daughter, Baby Zac, since her birth.

"It's just normal. I think the child has to adjust too. You can't be too overprotective, or else the child becomes more sensitive and vulnerable. That's just my opinion, I don't know about other parents," said Kenny Austin in Cisauk, Kab Tangerang, Sunday (26/7/2026).

Unlike him, Kenny revealed that Amanda actually has much greater worries in raising Baby Zac.

"She (Amanda) is more worried. She is more worried than I am," said Kenny. According to him, this is normal for a new mother.

Kenny even emphasized that Amanda's level of panic is much higher than his in facing various situations related to the child. Nevertheless, he fully supports every decision made by his wife. "More panicked," Kenny stated briefly.

Kenny also admitted that there hasn't been any specific discussion about Amanda's plan to return to the entertainment world after giving birth.

According to him, currently, his wife is still fully focused on taking care of Baby Zac at home. "There hasn't been any talk yet. No discussions about that," Kenny clarified.

When filming and unable to be at home, Kenny admitted that he can only relieve his longing for his family through video calls. He said that this method helps alleviate his feelings of missing them while he is out. "Yeah, when I'm like this, I miss them the most while chatting on video call," said Kenny.
