Kiky Saputri Takes Her 9-Month-Old Child to Japan, Initially Worried About the 8-Hour Flight

The year-end holiday moment was utilized by Kiky Saputri and M. Khairi to take their child, little Khairi, on a vacation to Japan. This is the baby's first long journey, as she is not yet one year old. Kiky admitted she was worried about her child's response during the long flight.

Before deciding on Japan, the couple had "warmed up" by taking their child on vacation to Bali and Singapore. This was done to test their child's endurance for air travel.

"I'm afraid if the flight is 14 hours, 12 hours, I'm worried he might get tired and cry or something. It's better if we just try the 8-hour flight first, which is moderate, then to Japan," said Khairi.

The destination choice falls on Japan because it is considered child-friendly and has pleasant weather. In addition, the flight duration that is not too extreme is a major consideration.

"Because we don't know if Khairi will be comfortable there or not, whether he will be fussy or not, it seems Japan is one of the countries that is quite child-friendly," added Khairi.

It turns out, their worries were unfounded. The child actually enjoyed the trip very much and was not fussy during the flight.

Even Kiky and Khairi's child looks enthusiastic and often smiles at the people around them.

"Thank God Khairi is not too fussy. He understands when he's on a plane, in a car, especially abroad. The child really loves to travel," Kiky said with relief.
