Land Mafia Case Continues, Nirina Zubir Ready to Testify to Strengthen Defendant's Charges

Kapanlagi.com - Nirina Zubir will testify in the alleged land mafia case at the West Jakarta District Court (PN Jakbar). In this case, Nirina is the reporting witness fighting for the land owned by her late mother, Cut Indria Martini, which was taken over by others.

When met at the West Jakarta District Court on Tuesday (17/5), Nirina appeared ready to attend the trial. She admitted that she had been waiting for this case to go to trial.

"Yes, finally what we have been waiting for has arrived and we are entering the trial," said Nirina Zubir.

Although the trial has not yet been held, Nirina hopes that her testimony can help the trial process so that the defendants can be punished to the fullest extent of the law. She also hopes that similar cases will not happen to others.

"The point is that we hope that the verdict will be as heavy and as high as possible because hopefully this will have a deterrent effect on those who know the law but misuse it," said Nirina.

"So for notary law, there will no longer be such cases and we will be more careful so that such cases do not happen again," she concluded.

In this case, there are at least 5 people who sit as defendants, namely Riri Khasmita, Edirianto, Faridah, Ina Rosalina, and Erwin Riduan.

Riri Khasmita was previously trusted by Nirina's mother to take care of her boarding house business, while Edirianto is Riri Khasmita's husband, while the other 3 names are as notaries and land deed or PPAT officials.

3. Separate Files

The five of them are tried in separate files, namely Riri Khasmita with Edirianto, Faridah with Ina, while Erwin is charged in a separate file.

It was previously known that the first hearing of the indictment against the five of them had been held in April 2022. From the indictment letter, it was stated that they were charged with forgery of documents to money laundering or TPPU.
