Since the Beginning, Ria Ricis and Teuku Ryan Have Different Choices Regarding the Gender of Their Child: My Husband's Prayers Are the Strongest

Kapanlagi.com - Yesterday, Wednesday (18/5/2022), Ria Ricis and Teuku Ryan held a gender reveal event. The intimate event at a hotel was attended by several celebrities and well-known content creators in the country.

The guests wore blue and pink dress codes. Blue indicates that they guessed Ricis' child is male, while pink indicates that the child is female.

1. Female Gender

When the gender reveal moment began, Ria Ricis and Teuku Ryan were pranked by their team. When they popped the heart-shaped balloon, it turned out that the balloon was empty. Only when they opened the box hanging from the tree did small balloons of the same color as the gender of Ricis' unborn child, pink, fall out.

"If you follow the vlog, you'll know that the mother hopes for a boy, while the father wants a girl. That's why I'm wearing blue today, and my husband is wearing pink. Only my husband's prayers are the strongest. Thank God it's a girl," said Ricis when met in the Kalibata area, South Jakarta.

2. Don't Know How to Play the Show

Although holding a gender reveal party that is currently trending, Ria Ricis admits that she still doesn't know how to play it. That's why she didn't realize that she was being pranked by her team.

"The first one popped the balloon, but it turned out to be empty, the real one was actually on top," said Teuku Ryan.

"Because I don't know how to do gender things, I'm still looking for the sign. When I saw it, it was actually on top. When I pulled the string on top, it came off because it was too tight. But that became a story so the event wouldn't be too flat," added Ricis.

3. Different Gender Preferences from the Beginning

Since the beginning of Ria Ricis and Teuku Ryan's pregnancy, it turns out that they have different preferences regarding the gender of their baby. Before they knew, they had bought two colors of clothes, namely pink and blue.

"We have bought clothes for girls and boys' preparations. Now that we know, we will buy pink ones. If yesterday we bought pink and blue," said Teuku Ryan.

"We bought baby clothes while on vacation abroad. One wanted boy clothes, one wanted girl clothes. In the end, we bought both. But even though it's for girls, it can still be worn," added Ricis.
