Celebrating 25 Years of Work, Rossa Invites Afgan and Ariel NOAH to Concert

Kapanlagi.com - Singer Rossa is ready to hold a 25-year work anniversary concert at Istora Senayan on May 27, 2022. The concert, titled Rossa 25 Shining Years Concert, is Rossa's first and largest solo concert since the Covid-19 pandemic began.

Meaning 25 years of work in the Indonesian music industry, Rossa is very grateful to be where she is now.

“I am very grateful, many people love me, many are also loyal to my songs. And I am very grateful to be given a lot of inspiration from everyone so that I can work and finally realize 25 years like this,” said Rossa during a press conference at Wisma Barito Pacific II, West Jakarta, on Tuesday (17/5).

1. Wanting to Stand Out at Every Concert

In her upcoming concert, Rossa has prepared many surprises and special performances. Because she wants to always stand out at every concert.

Every concert is always different. For example, in 2017 I made 21 Dazling Years which was grand and luxurious. In 2019, Tegar 2.0 had a very young nuance. This year I want to combine the glamour and fun nuance,” said Rossa.

"Because my audience has apparently grown. From those whose age range has widened, I think I have to accommodate in terms of arrangement, lighting, costumes, guest stars, I want everyone to be able to enjoy the concert no matter how old they are," she continued.

2. Involving Four Music Directors

One of the special and different things about Rossa's upcoming concert is that she involves four music directors, namely Dandy Lasahido, Risyanda, Eka Gustiwana, and Andi Rianto, along with the Magenta Orchestra who will arrange more than 25 of her hit songs.

"So it will be different. Just pray that hopefully my effort will result in something more beautiful than my desire," said the singer from Sumedang.

3. Inviting Afgan and Ariel NOAH

Not only that, Rossa also involves her friends to sing duets, including Afgan and Ariel NOAH. In addition, there are also Lyodra and Boy William.

"I'm excited that my friends whom I brought to the stage, there's Ariel NOAH whom I've never collaborated with before, suddenly I wanted to. He's also a picky person, but suddenly he wanted to. There's Afgan, Lyodra, Boy William who will rap there. It will be fun and complete," she concluded.
