"Yes, this book not only tells the story of my musical journey but also contains how to manage royalties based on real experiences, not theory. Recently, there has been a lot of fuss about royalties, right? That’s because there is a gap between songwriters and singers or musicians," Enteng stated.

Furthermore, Enteng emphasized that this book could also serve as an important reference for the media to avoid writing information without clear sources.

"We see the fact that many creators are already old, some have passed away and left heirs, they all hope for this royalty. For the young and trendy ones, they might not care much, but for the older ones, this is very much needed," he added.

4. Very Minimal

According to Enteng, the appreciation for song creators in Indonesia is still very minimal. He highlighted that in the past, many song creators were paid very little for their works and even sold outright without receiving ongoing royalties.

"In the past, song creators were valued at 25 thousand per song, and that was a one-time sale. So whatever the producer does with the song, they would not get anything else. But for the musicians, it's still decent, especially for the singers; if the song hits, they can earn millions. This book can serve as a guide on how we manage music royalties based on reality," he said.

"There used to be an event called Asia Bagus, which was held in Singapore. I was one of the participants, and since I had to go abroad, Uncle Enteng was the first one to arrange my passport," Kris Dayanti recalled.

Furthermore, KD also revealed that Enteng Tanamal became a judge at the event and witnessed his first victory firsthand.

"At the first Asia Bagus event, Uncle Enteng was a judge representing Indonesia, and coincidentally, I was the one who won. At that time, I performed a song titled Learning From Love created by Tengku Malinda," he said with emotion.
