Legal Counsel Says Rey Utami Never Mentioned Fairuz A Rafiq's Intimate Organ Smelling Like Salted Fish

After watching the video, Pablo and Rey's legal counsel firmly stated that their clients never mentioned Fairuz A Rafiq's intimate area, who is the complainant.

"What we need to emphasize here is that the actual facts that occurred in the video, whatever the details are, are clearly revealed. Neither defendant (Rey) nor Galih Ginanjar mentioned anything about the complainant's intimate organ," said Rihat Hutabarat at the South Jakarta District Court.

Furthermore, Rihat Hutabarat stated that, as revealed in the 32-minute video, Rey Utami never mentioned Fairuz's intimate organ smelling like salted fish. His client only imitated what Galih Ginanjar said.

"Secondly, the defendant did not say that it smelled like salted fish. What was said, and repeated three times, was 'Open the food cover, wow salted fish'. So, that is the actual fact that we all see. It is clear and obvious here," explained Rihat.

In addition to the viral Salted Fish video, a second video was also played containing clarifications from Pablo Benua and Rey Utami. The husband and wife responded to comments containing insults from netizens.

"Thank God, it has been watched, clear and obvious. After the first video, there was a second video summarizing what happened after the first video was deleted and became popular. Because it became popular and viral, many people talked about it. Finally, we clarify," concluded Pablo.
