Praperadilan Witness Lightens Punishment, Galih Ginanjar: Let's Just See

Kapanlagi.com - Galih Ginanjar must face a series of trials related to the 'salted fish' video case. Galih who was previously sick and unable to attend the trial expressed his optimism in facing the trial.

"As Muslims, we are optimistic, if not optimistic, we will be stressed," said Galih when met at the South Jakarta District Court, Monday (24/02/2020).

In addition, Galih also admitted to learning a lot while in prison. He participated in various activities such as martial arts, religious activities, and sports.

In the previous hearing, the testimony of the witness during the pretrial hearing lightened Galih's punishment as the defendant. In response to this, Galih admitted that he did not want to become arrogant and would continue to follow the trial procedures.

"If I don't want to be arrogant. Let's see what the facts of the trial are like, if it lightens my situation, Alhamdulillah. Let's just wait and see, I cannot speak yet," he said.

2. Ready to Face the Verdict

The YouTube video will be used as evidence in the next trial. Regarding this matter, Galih stated that he is ready to face the verdict based on the presented evidence.

"For me, because it is the video, it is the evidence, we should actually see how the evidence is presented. Whether it lightens or burdens me, I have to accept it. Because evidence must be presented. I am ready for that," concluded Galih.
