Laura Meizani or Lolly, the daughter of Nikita Mirzani, is now at the Police Hospital in Kramat Jati, East Jakarta, to receive psychological support. This decision was made after Lolly escaped from a safe house, where she had previously been placed. Read more below!
According to lawyer Razman Arif Nasution, who is assisting Lolly, the young girl claimed she was uncomfortable in the safe house. She alleged that she was placed with individuals with mental disorders (ODGJ) and those living with HIV. "She feels more comfortable compared to the safe house," said Razman when met at the Police Hospital in East Jakarta on Monday (13/1/2025).
However, Lolly's comfort is not fully guaranteed. Razman revealed that Lolly is worried about the presence of someone suspected to be a male investigator, who entered the room where she is placed without permission.
"But what makes her uncomfortable is that a male investigator can just enter by himself. She knows, she has already informed, yet he still enters," explained Razman.
This situation has caught Razman's attention, who feels that the supervision of Lolly should be stricter and more transparent. He requested that any form of interaction with Lolly must receive approval from him as her lawyer. "I said if someone wants to enter, inform us. Why is there this individualism? Why does this person want to hide and not understand Lolly's suffering? What is going on here?" asserted Razman.
Razman also conveyed Lolly's heartfelt expression, who now feels she cannot trust anyone. According to him, Lolly pleaded to be protected and not to be moved again without Razman's knowledge.
"She said, 'Uncle, please protect me, I don't trust anyone now, I don't have parents.' The issue is she's there, let her stay there. If there are any changes, let me know, these people should be dealt with," Razman stated.
Furthermore, Razman mentioned that Lolly is asking for full protection from him and hopes that the relevant parties, including the Head of the Department, will pay more attention to the situation she is facing.
"Lolly said, 'Uncle, don’t trust the investigator, don’t trust the safe house. It turns out it’s still like this.' For the Head of the Department, please pay attention, because I have talked to Lolly. She said that if there is no Uncle, I will not want to be moved again and will react if forced," emphasized Razman.
