The reason behind the divorce petition filed by Tasya Farasya against Ahmad Assegaf has finally been revealed. It is not just an ordinary dispute; the breakdown of this marriage was triggered by the destruction of Tasya Farasya's trust in her husband.

Legally, this divorce petition is based on the grounds of a continuous dispute. However, Tasya's legal team emphasizes that the root of the problem is much deeper, relating to the betrayal of trust that had been fully given to her husband.

"In principle, the petition we submitted, the divorce petition presented by our client, Mrs. Tasya Farasya, is about, you know, the grounds for divorce are indeed limited, as we all know. So what we are using is the issue of continuous disputes that make reconciliation impossible," said Sangun Ragahdo, Tasya Farasya's attorney at the South Jakarta Religious Court, Wednesday (24/9/2025).

The peak of Tasya's disappointment is the alleged embezzlement of company funds by Ahmad Assegaf, who holds a crucial position as Chief Financial Officer (CFO). This has caused deep wounds for the beauty influencer.

"What is emphasized is the existence of allegations, but we also have the data, we have studied everything, there are allegations of embezzlement in the company for a considerable amount, quite fantastic," said Sangun.

Aside from financial issues, Tasya Farasya also feels that she has not received her rights as the wife of Ahmad Assegaf.

According to the legal team, their client has not been adequately supported both materially and spiritually during the marriage, which adds to the burden she feels.

"Mother Tasya also feels that she has not received adequate support, both materially and emotionally, all this time," said M. Fattah Riphat.

For Tasya, this issue is no longer about the nominal loss, but rather a principle and a feeling of betrayal because her trust was so easily betrayed by those closest to her.
