Tasya Farasya Suing for Divorce from Ahmad Assegaf, Demands Alimony of 100 Rupiah

An interesting detail has emerged in the divorce lawsuit filed by Tasya Farasya against Ahmad Assegaf. In her lawsuit, Tasya is only demanding alimony for her children amounting to Rp 100.

According to her legal team, M. Fattah Riphat and Sangun Ragahdo, this demand is a form of responsibility from Ahmad Assegaf, which has been deemed unfulfilled. Tasya feels that she did not receive adequate physical and emotional support during her marriage.

"And in our lawsuit, we are also proposing an alimony of Rp 100 because considering that during this time, Tasya has also felt that there has been no support during the marriage, so it is better for us to propose it as a form of responsibility from the ex-husband to his children amounting to Rp 100," said Sangun Ragahdo at the South Jakarta Religious Court on Wednesday (24/9/2025).

The claim of Rp 100 serves as a confirmation that the main focus of this divorce is not material, but rather the principles and responsibilities that have been lost.

The beauty influencer's party wants to see how far Ahmad Assegaf's good intentions as a father go.

"If even this Rp 100 cannot be fulfilled, then we are also confused about how his responsibilities are. That's it," said Fattah.

In addition to the issue of alimony deemed inadequate, the main point of this divorce lawsuit is the loss of trust due to allegations of embezzlement of company funds by Ahmad.

"For Mrs. Tasya, it's not about not being provided for, but the main issue is trust. Yes, this is what is currently unfolding here, the process is still ongoing. Please support us," said Sangun.

Fattah Riphat also reiterated that his client feels the absence of the financial support that she should have received as a wife all this time.

"Mrs. Tasya also feels that she has not received adequate financial and emotional support all this time," said Fattah.
