"The result of the mediation is actually if written down, it is called partially agreed, but if we talk about the main issue, it remains a deadlock. A deadlock in the sense that the results of this mediation cannot be referred back," said Sangun Ragahdo at the South Jakarta Religious Court, Wednesday (24/9/2025).

Although the mediation failed to reunite the couple, there were several points that were successfully agreed upon, one of which concerns child custody, which falls to Tasya Farasya. This means that the next court agenda will focus more on proving the claims made in the lawsuit.

"For child custody, earlier I actually said, in this mediation, there is a partial agreement. A partial agreement means that there are things agreed upon earlier. The child custody has been agreed to fall to our client, Mrs. Tasya," he said.

"In principle, the lawsuit we submitted, the divorce lawsuit submitted by our client, Mrs. Tasya Farasya, is regarding, as we know, the reasons for divorce are limited. So what we are using is the issue of continuous disputes that make reconciliation impossible," said Sangun.

With the stalemate mediation results, the panel of judges has set the schedule for the next hearing. The hearing will continue with the agenda of formally announcing the mediation results and the response from the defendant.

"Thus, the next hearing will be held on October 8, 2025," concluded M. Fattah Riphat, who is also the legal counsel for Tasya Farasya.
