The Film Censorship Agency (LSF) is once again holding its annual award event, the LSF Award 2025. This year, the event carries the theme Advancing Culture, Watching According to Age. This theme is raised to emphasize the importance of wise and responsible viewing culture for all groups.

For the third time, INDOSIAR has been trusted as the host broadcaster for this award event. The peak night of the LSF Award 2025 will take place on Saturday, November 8, 2025. This event marks the fifth edition in its history.

The Chairman of the Film Censorship Agency of the Republic of Indonesia, Naswardi, explained that this award is a form of appreciation. "This is a platform for appreciation towards the television industry, film industry, and also compliance with independent censorship culture. So, we are combining three events into one LSF Award," he stated during a press conference in Jakarta on Monday (11/3/2025). He added that viewing literacy is key to fostering independent censorship culture within society.

2. Strict Curation Process and Collaboration with INDOSIAR

The Chairman of the Organizing Committee for the LSF Awards 2025, Gustav Aulia, revealed that the judging process was long and thorough. "The curation process has been ongoing for months, and the total material we curated during the judging process reached 58,415 titles," he explained. He mentioned that all materials cover 17 categories and 1 special category, which is Lifetime Achievement.

All nominations from each category have been established. "Currently, the process has certainly reached the nominees. So we have already decided the nominees from each category, and in a few days, we will soon know who will receive the LSF Awards 2025," Gustav continued. He also expressed his joy at INDOSIAR being selected again as the main broadcasting partner this year.

"And speaking of the choice falling to INDOSIAR again, we are also very happy because INDOSIAR is currently the number one television station," added Gustav. The collaboration with INDOSIAR is seen as aligned with LSF's vision to reach a wider audience. Featured programs like Dangdut Academy are also a major attraction for this event.

SCM Director, Harsiwi Achmad revealed several names that will enliven the peak night of the LSF 2025 Award. Among them are the finalists of Dangdut Academy 7, Lemon, Putri Indonesia, popular film and television artists such as Aqeela Calista, as well as the Leslar Family, Putri Ariani, Dewi Persik, Quinn Salma, Prince Poetiray, Nayla Purnama, senior bands like Ungu, and many more.

This award event will be hosted by Rina Nose, Abi Ramzi, and Astrid Tiar. The 2025 Film Censorship Agency Award Night will be broadcast live on Saturday, November 8, 2025, at 19:00 WIB on INDOSIAR and the Vidio platform.
