One month after marrying a man named Randy, Hana Hanifah decided to file for divorce. The divorce petition has been registered online at the Bogor Religious Court on Thursday (10/12/2023).
The cracks in Hana's marriage with Randy were revealed after the artist deleted their photos together on social media. It's no wonder that many people consider this just a setup. So, what is Hana's comment?
"Yes, if the marriage is arranged or a contract marriage, where is the marriage certificate? This is clear, it is already registered at the Office of Religious Affairs," said Hana during a press conference in the Tebet area, South Jakarta.
Hana Hanifah asserts that the short marriage is not to seek attention so that her name becomes known again. Because she is not the type of artist who wants to be involved in arranged situations.
"There are so many people saying that I got married for publicity so that my name would rise again and all that. Let me clarify that this is real and there is evidence. Sorry, but I have been against arranged situations since forever. I have never agreed to be involved in any arrangements," Hana firmly stated.
Strongly denying any involvement in arranged situations, on the other hand, Hana Hanifah feels it is understandable if some people think otherwise. Because the duration of her marriage with Randy was indeed very short.
"People think I'm fake because maybe the relationship only lasted for a month. But if getting married is the same as lowering a woman's self-esteem," said Hana.
Hana Hanifah revealed that her marital problems with Randy arose during their umrah trip. From there, she discovered that her husband was involved with his ex-girlfriend.
"Their relationship started to deteriorate during the family umrah trip. During this umrah, Hana's mother was sick, but her husband didn't like Hana taking care of her mother. From there, they had various arguments," said Acong, the lawyer.
Hana Hanifah is an artist, model, and influencer who is now 28 years old. Her career began when she starred in several soap operas and TV movies in 2018.
