Marshel Widianto to Indra Jegel Crying when Babe Cabita's Body Arrives at the Funeral Home

Kapanlagi.com - Sad news came from stand-up comedian, Babe Cabita, who took his last breath at RS Mayapada, South Jakarta on Tuesday, April 9, 2024, around 06.38 AM. The body is known to have arrived at the funeral home in Cirendeu, South Tangerang, around 10.15 AM.

Fellow comedian colleagues were seen present to pray for the late Babe Cabita. Oki Rengga, Praz Teguh, Indra Jegel, and Marshel Widianto, Desta Mahendra, Tora Sudiro, Arif Brata, Lolox, Boris Bokir, Awwe, and many others were already seen at the funeral home.

1. Friends Unable to Hold Back Tears

When the body was lowered from the ambulance, Oki Rengga, Praz Teguh, Indra Jegel, and Marshel Widianto couldn't hold back their tears. Oki Rengga and Indra Jegel looked despondent as they saw their friend's body being taken out of the ambulance and immediately placed in the funeral home.

"Abang Babe," Marshel Widianto said as Babe Cabita's body was brought into the funeral home.

The family itself has not yet issued a statement regarding Babe Cabita's death. The friends and fellow artists in attendance have also not been willing to provide information regarding the comedian's death.

2. Suffered from Aplastic Anemia Last Year

Babe Cabita passed away at the age of 34. Previously, it was known that the deceased suffered from a rare autoimmune disease called Aplastic Anemia. Aplastic Anemia is a disease that attacks the bone marrow, rendering it unable to produce blood cells.

The body has been washed and is currently being shrouded. The mourners in attendance have been allowed by the family to pray for and see the deceased before burial.
