The Child Reveals the Figure of the Late Hilbram Dunar, Says His Father Rarely Gets Angry and Complains Silently

Kapanlagi.com - The late Hilbram Dunar's son, Ranu Ragusti Dunar, remembers his father who just passed away on Sunday (31/3/2024). The 48-year-old presenter died after being treated at the hospital for cancer.

As a child, Ranu admitted that he greatly admired his father. Even from a young age, he always wanted to follow in his father's footsteps, both in terms of career and family matters. In Ranu's eyes, Hilbram was the best father.

"In my eyes, Dad is someone I really admire. When I grow up, I want to be like Dad, have a family like Dad, and love like Dad. Dad rarely gets angry, very patient, rarely complains. In my eyes, Dad is the best," said Ranu at TPU Tanah Kusir, South Jakarta, on Sunday (31/3/2024).

1. The Deceased Never Complained

Ranu revealed that his father never complained in front of his children. Even when he was sick, Hilbram tried to appear strong in front of his loved ones.

"Maybe he often complained to mom, but rarely to his children. Because maybe dad wanted us to see him as strong," said Ranu.

2. However, Often Shouted at Night

However, Ranu heard stories from his mother about Hilbram's complaints about his illness. According to Ranu, his father often shouted at night because he was in pain.

"Mom often tells me and Via that dad often shouts, saying it hurts, like 'Oh God, why? What have I done, Oh God?'. Dad was really in a lot of pain. But in front of his children, he always appeared strong," he said.

3. Fulfilling Father's Expectations

Ranu admitted that he is ready to fulfill his father's hopes and wishes at the end of his life. Hilbram always asked his friends to take care of his wife and children.

"Yes, just take care of mama and Via. That's all I can do," concluded Ranu.
