Medina Zein Transfer 35 Million, Uya Kuya: I Never Asked for the Money to be Paid Back in Installments

Kapanlagi.com - Presenter Uya Kuya does not deny that Medina Zein has transferred Rp 35 million to his account. However, it turns out that Medina Zein did it without the knowledge of the father of two.

What Uya Kuya wants is for Medina Zein to return the Down Payment (DP) of Rp 100 million in cash so that the problem with Medina Zein can be resolved amicably.

"Basically, I never asked for my money to be paid back in installments," said Uya Kuya when met at the South Jakarta Metro Police, Thursday (25/5).

"After I found out that I was cheated, I admit that I have a recording of her voice, she herself admitted that 'sorry, I will refund the money,' it was not me who asked for the money to be paid back. And if there is goodwill, I ask that my money be returned in full, not more or less," Uya Kuya added.

So, former Tofu personnel confirmed that the Rp 35 million transferred by Medina Zein was not part of the agreement they made. Because, Uya Kuya wanted his money to be fully refunded.

"I never asked for it and never at all. Without my knowledge, I never asked, without agreement, without any information from me. Let the police handle this case," Uya Kuya firmly stated.

2. Report to the Police

After seeing no good faith from Lukman Azhari's wife, Uya finally brought the issue to the legal realm by reporting it for alleged fraud and the legal process is currently underway.

As is known, the case began when Uya Kuya and Medina Zein were involved in the business of buying and selling two cars. Medina Zein offered two cars to Uya Kuya claiming to need money to redeem hospital administrative fees.

Finally, an agreement was reached because Uya felt sorry for Medina Zein's condition. Finally, Uya agreed to the transaction of buying and selling two cars and sent Rp 100 million as proof of down payment (DP).

Unfortunately, after further investigation, the two cars offered to Uya Kuya were not owned by Medina Zein. Feeling deceived, Uya brought the matter to the legal realm by reporting Medina Zein to the Jakarta Metro Police for alleged fraud.
