Nirina Zubir Challenges Riri Khasmita and Her Accomplices to Swear Under the Quran

Kapanlagi.com - The trial of the land mafia case that has affected Nirina Zubir's family is still ongoing. The hearing held at the West Jakarta District Court on Tuesday, May 24th, was scheduled for witness examination.

After the trial, Nirina Zubir criticized the attitude of Riri Khasmita and other defendants who still insist on their innocence. She stated that the excuse of Riri and her accomplices having received the power of attorney to sell the land from Nirina's mother has nothing to do with changing the ownership of the asset certificate.

"The power of attorney has nothing to do with them changing the name of the certificate that originally belonged to us, to our mother, to Riri Khasmita and her husband. There is no connection," said Nirina Zubir.

Not only that, but Nirina Zubir and her family have also presented several pieces of evidence that contradict Riri Khasmita and her accomplices' claim about the power of attorney. Nirina firmly stated that it was all a fabrication.

"That doesn't exist, I mean it's all a fabrication. It has been explained. The documents are there, but then the contents are not true. We have also checked with Labfor, all those documents also do not have identical signatures," she said.

2. False Testimony

In addition, Nirina Zubir also challenged Riri Khasmita and the conspirators to defend their arguments during the trial. The wife of Ernest Syarif believes that the defendants only gave false testimony to lighten their punishment.

"We'll wait for your turn to testify. Come on, swear under the Quran. Try telling the truth. Try giving a statement under the Quran. Are you still brave enough to object?" she concluded.
