Ongoing Trial of Land Mafia Case, Nirina Zubir Brings New Witnesses and Evidence

Kapanlagi.com - The trial of the land mafia case experienced by Nirina Zubir's family was held again at the West Jakarta District Court. This time, the agenda is still listening to the testimony of the witnesses.

Nirina appeared with a witness who will give her testimony regarding the case of land deed forgery experienced by her family. The witness is none other than her own brother.

"The witness is my two brothers," said Nirina Zubir when met at the West Jakarta District Court, Tuesday (24/5).

"Then this aunt and uncle whose land ownership was suddenly replaced by them (the defendants)," she continued.

1. Arm Sling

However, on that occasion, Nirina was seen wearing an arm sling on her right hand. When asked further about her hand condition, Nirina refused to answer.

"Later, just wait and see," said Nirina while laughing.

2. New Witness

In this trial, Nirina Zubir brought two siblings and her sister to testify before the court. Not only that, Nirina also brought some new evidence that she claimed could worsen Riri Khasmita's punishment.

"I just came from the bank to prove that the accusations against us are not true," said Nirina Zubir.

3. Asking for Prayers

Unfortunately, when asked about the new evidence she brought, Nirina refused to comment much. She only asked for prayers so that the legal process of the case involving her family could run smoothly.

"Wish me luck. Hopefully, the good will continue to be on our side," she said.

It is known that this land mafia case began when Nirina's mother, Cut Indria Marzuki, asked Riri Khasmita to pay the land and building tax for six of her assets in 2015. Riri Khasmita at that time worked as a domestic assistant in Nirina Zubir's house.

After that, the assets owned by Nirina Zubir's parents, namely two empty plots of land and four plots of land with buildings, were suspected to have been transferred to Riri Khasmita's name.
