Daniel Patrick Asks Wanda Hamidah to Clarify and Tell the Real Story

"All members of my family were also afraid because of this incident," added Daniel Patrick's wife in the same opportunity.

Daniel Patrick's wife also confirmed that Wanda Hamidah has opened communication and promised to do good. It's not about material compensation, she considers her children's psychological condition invaluable.

"Only my child's feelings cannot be bought with money," said Daniel Patrick's wife.

2. Sending a Summons

In addition, Daniel Patrick's legal counsel, Sandy Arifin, ensures that Wanda Hamidah is threatened with a new report that will be made by his client's wife. Due to the immaterial losses, Sandy also sent an open summons to Wanda Hamidah and also asked Wanda to apologize publicly.

"Because my client's wife is unhappy with this incident. We could have made a new report to the police. In addition to the apology, she (Wanda Hamidah) must clarify by telling the true chronology openly," he said.

3. Will Submit a New Report

If Wanda Hamidah does not fulfill this, Sandy Arifin ensures that he will submit a new report to the police which will be sent to Wanda Hamidah.

"This summons is not determined until when. The deadline is while this legal process is ongoing," he said.

4. Child Experiences Trauma

Daniel said that his child was traumatized by the incident involving Wanda Hamidah. This is because when Wanda Hamidah forced her way into their home to pick up the child, it ended up with a police report.

"He doesn't want to come home because of the trauma," said Daniel Patrick.

5. Child Witnessed the Incident

Not only that, Daniel mentioned that their child witnessed the incident. When Wanda Hamidah was shouting in front of their house and there was an incident of vandalism, everything was witnessed by their child.

"At 10:39 pm, without knocking or anything, she (Wanda Hamidah) jumped over the fence, entered, and shouted," said Daniel Patrick.

"He (the child) was scared, I asked him to go upstairs," he continued.
