Kekey Declared as Rezky Aditya's Biological Child, Wenny Ariani Feels Relieved and Touched

Kapanlagi.com - Wenny Ariani was overjoyed when she heard that her appeal was granted by the Banten High Court. She was even moved to tears.

"Of course, I'm very happy. Oh God, God loves Kekey so much," said Wenny Ariani, sounding tearful when contacted by Kapanlagi.com on Tuesday (24/5/2022).

For now, Wenny admitted that she couldn't say much about the decision. She just found out the news and wanted to confirm it with her lawyer first.

"I just heard about this. Later, we'll continue the interview. I want to confirm with my lawyer first if the decision has been made," said Wenny.

1. The Court Gives Its Decision

As it is known, the Banten High Court granted Wenny Ariani's appeal. One of the verdicts stated that Kekey is Rezky Aditya's biological child.

"It's been decided. Thank God the judge granted our lawsuit. One of the verdicts stated that Wenny's child is Rezky Aditya's biological child," said Ferry Aswan, Wenny Ariani's lawyer, when contacted by Kapanlagi.com on Tuesday (24/5/2022).

2. Rezky Can File an Appeal

According to Ferry, if Rezky Aditya does not accept the decision and requests an appeal, then Rezky must undergo a DNA test.

"Yes, if he doesn't accept it, he has to be willing to take a DNA test," said Ferry.

3. Previously Rejected

Previously, on February 3, 2022, the Tangerang District Court rejected all of Wenny's lawsuits. Wenny, who did not give up in fighting for her daughter's rights, Naira Kaemita Tarekat or Kekey, to be recognized as Rezky Aditya's child, appealed to the Banten High Court.
