Pengadilan Tinggi Banten Decides He Is the Biological Father of Kekey, Rezky Aditya's Response

Kapanlagi.com - The Banten High Court has decided on the appeal filed by Wenny Ariani against Rezky Aditya, last Friday (20/5). In the verdict, the panel of judges of the Banten High Court, chaired by Solahuddin SH MH with members Viktor Jagoto SH MH and Immanuel Sembiring SH, ruled that Rezky Aditya had committed an unlawful act and declared Rezky as the biological father of Wenny Ariani's child named Naira Kaemita Tarekat or Kekey.

"Declaring the defendant/appellant has committed an unlawful act. Declaring a woman named Naira Kaemita Tarekat, born in Jakarta on March 3, 2013, based on a birth certificate quote from the South Jakarta Population and Civil Registration Office No. 3174 LT-15032016-0133 dated December 6, 2016, is the biological child of the defendant/appellant as long as the defendant/appellant cannot prove otherwise," said one of the verdicts of the Banten High Court as quoted from the website of the Supreme Court.

1. Touched to Tears

Upon hearing the verdict, Wenny Ariani, the plaintiff, was overjoyed. She even cried tears of joy.

"Of course, I'm very happy. Oh Allah, God loves Kekey so much," said Wenny Ariani, crying when contacted by KapanLagi.com on Tuesday (24/5) yesterday.

2. Response from Rezky Aditya's Side

Meanwhile, when contacted separately, Rezky Aditya's side has not been able to respond to the verdict. So what is their response when asked about this?

"We inform you that until now we have not received an official notification of the verdict, so we cannot comment or give an interview. Later, when we have received the official verdict," said Ana Sofa Yuking, Rezky Aditya's legal representative via WhatsApp message on Wednesday (25/5).
