Mother Dies from Covid-19, Kartika Putri Traumatized: I'm Very Afraid

Kapanlagi.com - The atmosphere of grief still surrounds the beautiful artist's family, Kartika Putri. Her mother, Masayu Puspita Diana Putri, just passed away today, Saturday (10/7/2021). It is also reported that her mother passed away after receiving intensive treatment at the hospital.

The departure of her mother has left a deep trauma. In fact, to convey the news of her mother's death to the media, she admits to being afraid.

"Traumatized, very much. I can even say that I have a phobia. Just to stand here, I'm scared, I'm really scared," said Kartika Putri at her residence in Cipete, South Jakarta, Saturday (10/7/2021).

1. Exposed to Covid-19

Before her death, Kartika Putri's mother was exposed to Covid-19. Her health condition deteriorated day by day, so she had to be treated in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU) using assistive devices. 

While her mother was in critical condition, Karput, as she is familiarly called, also requested help for plasma donation for her mother who was in desperate need at that time.  

2. Fast Process

Shortly after receiving intensive care at the hospital, Kartika Putri's mother passed away on early Saturday morning (10/7/2021). The sudden departure of her mother traumatized Kartika Putri.

"Because the process was very fast. On June 28th, Mama could still smile and laugh with us, but after being exposed, we lost Mama," she said.

She also urged the public to be cautious of Covid-19.

"Everyone, be cautious and take care of your health. Covid is a very terrifying specter for our family," she added.
