MRI Results Show Cesen's Tailbone is Fractured, Must Take 7 Types of Medicine

Cesen's struggle to recover from a tailbone injury has revealed other facts about her health condition. Through Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) examination, it was found that the tailbone of the former JKT48 member has undergone significant shape changes due to an injury that was left untreated for too long.

The examination results serve as concrete evidence that the complaints Cesen has been experiencing are not trivial. The displacement of the bone is the main source of the pain that often recurs and disrupts her activities as a housewife.

"It's fractured, my tailbone is fractured. The MRI results showed my tailbone is fractured now. And it's already shifted, the shape is different now," said Cesen when met by the media.

"Well, this year I've started to feel frequent relapses. Often suddenly shivering, then while sleeping my legs suddenly cramp. And when I hold something, it can fall. It turns out that it’s an effect from the tailbone," she explained.

Post-surgery, Cesen's struggle is not over. She still has to undergo outpatient treatment and take a number of medications. Surprisingly, during her hospital treatment, doctors found another health issue with Cesen's internal organs.

"Yes, there are seven medications. Yes, I'm still undergoing outpatient treatment by the way. I'm still in outpatient care because during my illness, it turns out I had issues with my intestines and stomach as well. It was discovered while I was hospitalized," Cesen revealed.

The discovery of problems in the intestines and stomach has made Cesen's recovery period longer. She must focus on healing one by one the diseases that have taken residence in her body so that she can return to full health.

"So this is still a long way to go, I'm still on outpatient care maybe until a month after Eid, then I will continue to be treated again. To focus on her intestines and stomach," she explained.

Now, even though she can already be active, Cesen still has to limit certain movements. She is also required to do special exercises to strengthen her core muscles to support her bones.

"Actually, there’s nothing much, Sis. But if it's heavy, like lifting weights or carrying a child, or anything related to lifting weights should be minimized if possible. Exercise is mandatory, especially for the core, like sit-ups, push-ups, and planks for endurance related to the bones is a must," she concluded.
