The main focus in the divorce hearing of Na Daehoon and Julia Prastini is not only about separation but also the custody of their three children. In the hearing held at the South Jakarta Religious Court, Daehoon firmly requested that custody of the children be granted to him.

The party of Daehoon claims to have a strong basis for custody of his three children. Rio Rachmat Effendi, as the legal representative, explained that his client's request is quite simple.
In addition to wanting the divorce request to be granted, Daehoon seeks legal certainty regarding the custody of his children.
"We, from the petitioner's side, have proven based on the evidence we submitted and the witnesses we presented," said Rio after the hearing at the South Jakarta Religious Court on Tuesday (12/2/2025).
"In essence, we from the petitioner are just simple. We want the divorce to be granted, the divorce request to be approved by the South Jakarta Religious Court, and the custody of his three children to fall to the petitioner," Rio added.
When asked about the reason why custody was not granted to Julia, Rio revealed new facts. It turns out that there had already been discussions and a written agreement between Daehoon and Julia before the hearing took place.
"There has been a written agreement between the petitioner and the respondent granting custody to the petitioner. And we use that as one of the pieces of evidence. And between the petitioner and the respondent, it's like a friendly divorce. That's it," Rio stated.
Daehoon himself only asks for prayers that the outcome of this trial provides the best path for all parties, especially for the future of his children. "The main point is I hope for the best. Just please pray for me," said Na Daehoon.
