Na Daehoon Reveals That Children Feel More Comfortable with Him Than with Jule

Rio Rachmat Effendi, as the legal representative, is reluctant to disclose the details of his client's household situation explicitly. However, he hinted that the public and media can actually observe the parenting style and the closeness of the children themselves over time.

"Yes, that actually doesn’t need to be stated. The media friends already know, which child is closer to whom, who they feel more comfortable with, or how it is," said Rio Rachmat Effendi after the court session at the South Jakarta Religious Court on Tuesday (2/12/2025).

The statement seems to emphasize that the children feel more comfortable being under Daehoon's care. The lawyer chose not to mention the shortcomings of the opposing party in order to maintain the reputation of both sides."Without mentioning the other party, that doesn’t need to be revealed. The public can judge for themselves how things are," Rio stated.

Besides the comfort of the child, the existence of a written agreement between both parties is the main key to this request. Daehoon believes that the panel of judges will grant the request based on the existing evidence."There is already a written agreement between the petitioner and the respondent granting custody to the petitioner," he emphasized.

Daehoon himself only asks for the best prayers for the smoothness of this process without wanting to comment on the technical aspects of custody. "The point is I hope for the best... just please pray for me," said Daehoon briefly.

Although Na Daehoon submitted a custody request for his three children in the divorce lawsuit, he ensures that he will not sever the relationship between the children and their biological mother, Julia Prastini.  

In its statement, the Daehoon party acknowledges the important role of mothers in the growth of children. Therefore, even though custody is legally requested to fall to Daehoon, access to meetings will not be restricted at all.
