Jule Absent at Divorce Hearing from Na Daehoon, Judge Decides This Way

Julia's absence caused the panel of judges to decide to proceed with the trial to the next stage without going through the mediation process. Na Daehoon's attorney, Rio Rachmat Effendi, explained the situation of the trial, which was quite brief.

Since the wife did not attend the second summons, the hearing went straight to the evidence agenda from Daehoon's side. After undergoing the process in the courtroom, Na Daehoon and his legal team met with the media crew who had been waiting at the court."Yes. Today's hearing agenda was the second summons to Mrs. Julia," said Rio Rachmat Effendi at the South Jakarta Religious Court on Tuesday (12/2/2025).

According to Rio, Jule's absence for the second time led the panel of judges to decide not to continue the mediation session. "However, she (Jule) was not present. So there was no mediation. According to the panel's direction, we went straight to the evidence presentation," he added.

In the hearing, Daehoon's side immediately submitted evidence and presented witnesses to strengthen the divorce petition. This fast process allows the court to issue a divorce decision in the near future."The decision will be on Wednesday, tomorrow, December 3, through e-court electronically. We ask for prayers from all the people of Indonesia for the best for the petitioner, Mr. Na Daehoon," said Rio.

Meanwhile, Na Daehoon chose not to comment much on the details of his marital issues. He appeared calm but reserved when met by the media in the court lobby."Nothing to say, thank you from me," said Na Daehoon briefly.

Daehoon emphasizes that what happened is his private matter. Nevertheless, he appreciates the support given by his fans and relatives during this process."Actually, I don't want that, because it's my personal issue. So thank you very much for the attention, thank you very much for everything, for the encouragement," concluded Daehoon.

The divorce of Na Daehoon and Jule is one of the breakup stories that shocked the public in 2025. The Indonesian-Korean couple was once known as a role model for many couples in the country, but their marriage was marred by allegations of Jule's infidelity with another man. Na Daehoon then decided to separate from Jule, who had given him three children. Now, their three children are under Daehoon's custody.
