She realized that mental preparation is the most important thing in this journey.
"I also, as someone who has never been there, felt a bit worried too, especially since my dad was initially like, 'Is it safe there?' but God willing, Alhamdulillah I also asked friends who have been there, and they said it was safe, alhamdulillah," said Nabilah Ayu in the Tendean area, South Jakarta.

The most thrilling moment occurred when she underwent inspection at the border. Together with Ustaz Erick Yusuf and the Nusantara Volunteer team, Nabilah departed for Jordan to deliver direct aid to Palestinian refugees.
However, the officers mistook her for a Palestinian who had changed her nationality to Indonesian. This made her have to enter a more intensive re-inspection room.

While crossing the border, Nabilah was suspected of being Palestinian by security officers. She even had to enter a special inspection room for re-examination.
"They were like talking to each other, saying 'Palestinian', they thought I was Palestinian. So I was like put into the body inspection room again, like re-checked like that," she revealed.

In that situation, Nabilah admitted that she pretended not to understand English so she wouldn't be questioned further. A fear of unwanted things arose, even though she knew her intentions were good for worship and humanity.
"I kept being asked like if I was carrying a weapon, you know. Then I said something like, 'Huh?' like I was pretending I couldn't speak English, so I wouldn't be asked too deeply," she continued.

Although she experienced significant mental pressure, Nabilah is grateful because in the end, everything went smoothly and safely thanks to God's help. The fear was not of the officers, but rather a worry about the bad possibilities that could happen.
"So, indeed, the fear wasn't like being afraid of them, but fearing the things that could happen. But thank God it was safe there, insya Allah, thank God, may God help and protect us," she concluded.
