NET Presents 2 Popular Korean Drama Titles and Padi Reborn Through 'Berbagi Asyiknya di NET'

Kapanlagi.com - Currently, the majority of Indonesian citizens are being attacked by the fever of variety shows and Korean dramas. Reflecting on this fact, NET presents a number of Korean programs in the 'Sharing the Fun on NET' campaign throughout July to accompany viewers at home.

Two of NET's flagship programs are the family reality show Return of Superman which airs on July 13, 2020 at 16:00 WIB and the latest Korean drama Suspicious Partner which starts airing on July 20, 2020 at 16:30 WIB.

The Return of Superman tells the true story of father figures in Korea who share duties and working time while taking care of their children without the help of their wives. Meanwhile, Suspicious Partner is a special slot for Korean Drama fans starring Ji Chang Wook & Nam Ji Hyun, and tells the story of a genius, young, handsome, and workaholic prosecutor.

"In the current ongoing social restrictions to prevent the spread of Covid19, NET is committed to sharing interesting stories by providing quality and inspirational entertainment programs," said Yeni Priana Anshar, NET Programming Director.

In addition, NET also presents Diary Bahagia which tells the stories of strong Indonesian women living in various parts of the world and building their households with foreign nationals from different cultural backgrounds. This program airs every Monday-Friday at 14:30 WIB.

1. Padi Reborn, The Entertainer

Not only that, NET also brings a music-themed program titled Padi Reborn, The Entertainer which airs every Friday at 21:00 WIB starting from July 17, 2020. From the title alone, you must have guessed that the legendary band, Padi Reborn, will be the main star.

In this show, Yoyo, Fadli, Ari, Piyu, and Rindra will sing some of their hit songs along with guest stars while sharing inspirational stories, discussing interesting issues, and inviting viewers to interact through video chat apps.

2. Animation and eSports Shows

For children's shows, NET prepares a family animation titled True and Rainbow Kingdom starting from July 2, 2020 at 16:30 WIB. This program tells the adventures of True and his friend Bartleby the Cat in the Rainbow Kingdom. Then, viewers will also be presented with the show Like It which is an information program that presents unique phenomena from various parts of the world starting from July 6, 2020, every day at 18:30.

From sports program, NET offers its new presentation through Serumpun Cup 2020 Indonesia vs Malaysia on July 29, 2020. This NET e-sport program will bring the enthusiasm of competition between the two neighboring countries through the e-football game PES (Pro Evolution Soccer) 2020 between the Malaysian and Indonesian teams. The competition between the two countries in this e-football game will be even more exciting with the participation of former world stars Michael Chopra (ex. Newcastle, Cardiff City) and Danny Guthrie (ex. Liverpool, Blackburn Rovers) who now play for the Indonesian club, Mitra Kukar.

The above programs are intentionally presented by NET in order to welcome the Independence Day of the Republic of Indonesia. The campaign theme Sharing the Fun on NET also includes 'Audisi Cover-song Lagu Daerah' (Regional Song Cover Audition) which will be conducted for 1 month to gather the potential golden voices of the nation's children from Sabang to Merauke.
