New Facts About Sarwendah's House, Allegedly Threatened with Auction

The polemic between Sarwendah and Ruben Onsu is not only related to their children but also touches on the issue of assets divided after the divorce. Sarwendah's legal team revealed the latest condition of one of the houses currently occupied by their client.

Abraham Simon explained that the asset division actually took place peacefully. In fact, Sarwendah is said to have never demanded many properties from her ex-husband.

According to Abraham, the mother of the three children has only been thinking about the need for adequate housing for her children from the beginning. Therefore, she did not have an issue with most of the assets that belong to Ruben.

"Even our client stated that our client only needs one house. Just one house, and that is for the benefit of her children," said Abraham Simon when met in the Kuningan area, South Jakarta, Saturday (30/5/2026).

However, issues arose because some assets that belong to Sarwendah still have unresolved financial obligations. This condition makes the status of the house she occupies not fully secure.

Chris Sam Siwu revealed that his side holds several documents from the bank regarding overdue installment payments. The letters show that warnings have been issued since mid-2024."What about the overdue installments? We have letters from the bank starting from the first warning, second warning, third warning, and all of these have not been paid since June 2024," Chris revealed.

He stated that in the initial agreement there was a commitment regarding the payment obligations until the asset was free from credit burdens. However, according to him, the implementation of that agreement has not proceeded as it should."There is evidence of the chat before the agreement deed that it was indeed agreed that the RO party would pay in installments until it was fully paid off," Chris continued.

This situation puts the house where Sarwendah and her children live in a rather concerning position. In fact, the legal representative stated that the asset is at risk of facing an auction process.

"The house is very likely to be auctioned, it is already at Category 5 (collectibility 5). It has reached Category 5 in banking terms, it is at the end before entering the auction," he emphasized.
