New Facts Revealed in Court, Vadel Badjideh Allegedly Ordered Abortion Pills for Loly

"The issue revealed in the trial facts is that the drugs were ordered by someone who is a defendant. Yes, that is the result of the trial," said Fahmi at the South Jakarta District Court, Monday (21/7/2025).

"Actually, I do not want to disclose, but because they always convey the facts of the trial in social media, I will share it," he added. 

The testimony clearly pointed to Vadel's role in the abortion attempt. "The drug is one that is used for abortion, which was purchased based on the testimony of witness A, whose name we call A. That is the defendant himself," Fahmi emphasized.

With this factual finding, Nikita Mirzani's side is even more resolute in her stance. Through her legal counsel, Nikita requested that the panel of judges impose the heaviest sentence on Vadel as a form of justice.

This request for the maximum sentence is based on the impact of the defendant's actions, which are considered to have damaged Loly's future. "Yes, and I ask to be punished as severely as possible. This is at the request of Nikita Mirzani, to impose the heaviest punishment on the perpetrator or defendant to provide a lesson to other members of society, to give a lesson to others," said Fahmi.

More than just a punishment, a heavy verdict is hoped to serve as a strong warning to anyone. "Do not disturb minors. Do not disturb underage girls. You will face legal problems, you could face up to 15 years in prison. If you disturb minors according to the law, especially if it involves sexual matters," he added.

When asked about the possibility that Vadel's remorse could lighten the sentence, Fahmi Bachmid responded coldly. According to him, the defendant's actions were done without careful consideration, leading to such a significant problem.

"I do not interfere in matters of regret. What is there to regret? He should be someone who thinks enough, should act with reason so as not to create a problem as chaotic as this," he said.
