Nikita Mirzani Brings 13 People to Be Witnesses in the Case Involving Lolly

Kapanlagi.com - Artist Nikita Mirzani seems to be really serious in her report against Vadel Badjideh. The proof is, up to now, this mother of three has presented 13 people to be examined by the investigators from the South Jakarta Metro Police.

"Then earlier, the lawyer also brought two more witnesses who were submitted to the investigators," said Acting Head of Public Relations of the South Jakarta Police, AKP Nurma Dewi, on Wednesday (25/9/2024).

"In total, there are 11 and the additional 2 people are still being submitted to the investigators for questioning," Nurma continued.

1. The Existence of Forensic Evidence

Unfortunately, for the forensic evidence that has been conducted by Laura Meizani alias Lolly, the overall results are still not complete. That's why, Nurma cannot say much about it.

"After LM conducted the forensic examination and laboratory checks today for the investigators, it is still at RSCM, so we are waiting for the observations and conclusions from the expert, namely the obstetrician, so we just have to wait, it will definitely be updated later," promised Nurma.

2. Vadel Summoned by Investigators

Meanwhile, the investigators have apparently also sent a summons letter to the reported party, namely Vadel. At the end of this week, he is scheduled to be questioned by the investigators as a witness.

"Yes, so for the reported witness, the investigators have scheduled to request his presence on Friday around 14:00," he explained.

3. Nikita Reports Vadel

As for the victim witness, namely Lolly, Nurma stated that it is not impossible for her to be asked for further testimony. However, Nurma has not yet confirmed this matter.

Previously, Nikita had already filed a report addressed to Vadel regarding articles related to the Child Protection Law, Health Law, and the Criminal Code. The case has also been registered with the report number LP/B/2811/IX/2024/SPKT/POLRES METRO JAKSEL/POLDA METRO JAYA.

"We will definitely request testimony from LM because she is indeed the victim witness reported by her parents," he concluded.
