"The experience of living at Daarul Qur'an is one of the valuable moments in my life. Here, I learned a lot about the meaning of discipline and sincerity," said Syakir Daulay as quoted by detikhot, on Wednesday (25/9/2024).

1. Express Gratitude to Teachers

Syakir Daulay did not forget to express his gratitude for the knowledge given by his teachers at the pesantren. Of course, it has a positive impact on Syakir's life.

"A student remains a student. No matter how big the tree is, it still needs roots; without roots, the tree cannot withstand the wind. Without the contributions of teachers, we are nobody. May all our teachers always be protected by Allah in every step they take and remain healthy so they can continue to guide us all, amen," concluded Syakir Daulay in a post on his personal Instagram.

2. Attend the Celebration of the Prophet Muhammad's Birthday (SAW)

Syakir Daulay was seen attending the celebration of the Prophet Muhammad SAW's birthday. The event held at the Daarul Qur'an Tahfidz Islamic Boarding School took place on September 22, 2024.

This solemn event was also attended by several important figures such as Kyai Yusuf Mansur, Kyai Ahmad Jameel, Ustadz Anwar Sani, and Ustadz Tarmizi As Shidiq. The presence of Syakir Daulay along with several other alumni of Daarul Qur'an added a special appeal to this celebration.

3. Motivating the Young Generation

On this occasion, Syakir encouraged the young generation to remain enthusiastic in seeking religious knowledge and to emulate the noble character of the Prophet Muhammad SAW, highlighting the importance of religious education in shaping character. Syakir spoke about sincerity and discipline.

Syakir is a hafiz, having memorized 10 juz of the Al-Qur'an. This ability shows his dedication and commitment to the teachings of Islam, as well as providing an example for the younger generation to love and study the Al-Qur'an.
