Nikita Mirzani Demands Rp 240 Billion in Lawsuit Against Reza Gladys

The feud between artist Nikita Mirzani and businessman Reza Gladys has now entered a new chapter in court. The civil lawsuit for unlawful acts filed by Nikita Mirzani against Reza Gladys has officially been held at the South Jakarta District Court on Tuesday (16/12/2025).

During the trial, Nikita Mirzani's side submitted a claim for damages with a very fantastic value. Through her attorney, Marulitua Sianturi, Nikita is demanding both immaterial and material damages that, when totaled, exceed Rp 240 billion from the defendant. In reading the points of the lawsuit, Marulitua detailed the calculation of the losses experienced by her client due to the alleged negligence of the defendant.

"To sentence the defendants jointly and severally to compensate for the losses suffered by the plaintiffs due to negligence or carelessness, which, if calculated from November 14, 2024, to September 2025, amounts to Rp 4,000,000,000 (four billion rupiah) multiplied by 10 months, totaling Rp 40,000,000,000 (forty billion rupiah), from the date this decision has binding legal force or is inkracht," said Marulitua Sianturi while reading the points of the lawsuit at the South Jakarta District Court on Tuesday (16/12/2025).

In addition to material losses, Nikita Mirzani's side also emphasized the existence of immaterial losses that are worth much more. This was conveyed by Marulitua in front of the Panel of Judges as part of the demands to be granted.

"Punish the defendants to pay immaterial compensation of Rp 200,000,000,000 (two hundred billion rupiah) or another amount ex aequo et bono at the discretion of the Panel of Judges," said Marulitua.

Nikita Mirzani's other attorney, Usman Lawara, provided additional clarification regarding the total losses after the trial. He confirmed that the figure of Rp 240 billion is an accumulation of material losses, interest, and immaterial losses.

"Yes, the nominal immaterial loss is Rp 200 billion, while the material losses along with interest amount to approximately Rp 40 billion, and so on," said Usman after the hearing at the South Jakarta District Court on Tuesday (16/12/2025).

The main issue began with a cooperation agreement for a positive review of Reza Gladys's product involving an amount of Rp 4 billion. However, the Reza Gladys party later claimed that the agreement was made under duress, a reason that was strongly denied by Nikita's party.

"Well, that figure was then denied by the defendants, in this case RG and her husband, by claiming there was coercion. In fact, under civil law, if there is indeed coercion, there should have been a cancellation or rejection of the agreement," said Usman.

Usman also emphasized that the process of agreement and money transfer had been ongoing for quite some time before the defendants finally expressed their objections. According to him, the chronology of events indicates that the transaction was completed in mid-November.

"The incident has already occurred, the money has already transferred. In fact, several weeks have passed before it was claimed that there was coercion. We know this process started in October, November, December. October was the conversation, which then continued until the money was handed over on November 14," concluded Usman.
