Nikita Mirzani Reveals Reason for Reporting Fitri Salhuteru Related to Alleged Defamation

Kapanlagi.com - Nikita Mirzani officially reported Fitri Salhuteru to the South Jakarta Metro Police for alleged defamation. Nikita revealed that this decision was made after feeling continuously talked about in an unpleasant manner for the past few months.

Nikita explained her reasons for reporting Fitri. According to her, various statements made by Fitri on social media have gone too far and amounted to slander that tarnished her reputation.

"Because this person talks about me morning, noon, night, for months, just discussing me. She says she doesn't care, but she keeps talking about me. She says she doesn't manage it, but she keeps talking about me," said Nikita when met at the South Jakarta Metro Police, Wednesday (12/2/2025) night.

Nikita added that the posts made by Fitri are public and do not show good faith. Some of these posts are considered crossing the line because they contain slander that tarnishes her reputation.

"Her account is also not private, she doesn't invite me, but I'm still the one being discussed. If the discussion doesn't lead to slander or exaggeration, it's fine, but this time it has gone off the rails. What was said is about sexually transmitted diseases, that needs to be reported if it continues,” she continued.

2. Just Reported Because Busy

The decision to report, according to Nikita, could only be made now due to her busyness over the past few weeks. She also mentioned that this report was made after other matters.

"I just had the chance to report this because, as you know, I have been taking care of the case of Laura who ran away from the safe house until this moment. So why is it only being reported now? Because I just have the time now. I also have work matters, so there was a gap in my schedule," said the mother of three children.

The relationship between Nikita and Fitri was previously known to be very close, with many considering them like siblings. However, now that relationship has drastically changed, culminating in a defamation report.

"There’s nothing, I have a brother. Because at that time I was caught up, yes, I was in the process of divorcing Dipo Latief," said Nikita.

4. Relationship with Dipo Latief Improving

Furthermore, Nikita also mentioned that her relationship with her ex-husband, Dipo Latief, has now improved. She implied that the situation she experienced in the past was quite complex, but now everything is clearer.

"Thank God I have also communicated with Dipo. If you guys know what’s normal, you must know what the journey is like, right? So you can interpret it for yourself,” said Nikita.

5. Regarding the Investigation by the Investigator

In the investigator's examination, Nikita received 18 questions, most of which were related to Fitri's posts on social media. She ensured that the report she made focused only on matters related to the alleged defamation.

"Earlier in the BAP with the investigator, they said there were 18 questions, related to what? Just about the posts, nothing else really," she concluded.
