Case of Alleged Indecency Involving Nikita Mirzani's Child, Vadel Badjideh Summoned Again for Examination Next Monday

Kapanlagi.com - The police continue to investigate the report from Nikita Mirzani regarding the alleged indecent act experienced by her child, Laura Meizani alias Lolly, involving the reported party Vadel Badjideh. After this case has been ongoing for almost six months, Vadel is scheduled to be re-examined by the investigators of the South Jakarta Metro Police on Monday (10/2/2025) at 09:30 WIB.

The Acting Head of Public Relations of the South Jakarta Metro Police, Kompol Nurma Dewi, confirmed this summons schedule when met at the South Jakarta Metro Police on Thursday (6/2/2025). "Yesterday, Thursday, the 6th, the PPA investigators of Metro Jaksel have sent a summons letter to VA, scheduled for Monday around 9:30 in the morning," she explained.

This summons is made in Vadel's capacity as a reported witness. According to Nurma, the investigators continue to collect evidence and witness statements to clarify the case reported by Nikita Mirzani a few months ago.

“The investigators are delving into everything that sheds light on the case reported by NM. They will definitely investigate, search for evidence that clarifies the existing case reported by NM,” Nurma stated.

1. Need for Case Deepening

Regarding the slow handling of this case, Nurma explained that the process of deepening evidence and gathering statements takes time. So far, more than 14 witnesses have been examined, including additional statements from Lolly as the victim.

“Yesterday we also examined LM, we requested additional statements again. After this, we will call VA,” she said.

The official summons letter to Vadel has been received by his brother, initialed M. However, until now, there has been no confirmation from Vadel regarding his attendance at the examination schedule.

“The official summons letter has been sent and received. Currently, there is no confirmation of attendance or not, but we will just wait for Monday,” added Nurma.

2. Status Still Witness

When asked about the possibility of Vadel being named a suspect, Nurma emphasized that it is the authority of the investigators. She also mentioned that the investigators have secured two strong pieces of evidence, but further investigation is still needed.

"Actually, that is already strong, yes, two pieces of evidence are clearly strong enough to declare someone as a suspect. But we need to delve deeper, of course," she asserted.

This summons will explore additional statements to clarify the case. Nurma hopes that the results of the examination can provide clarity regarding the direction of this case.

"What is certain is that it will be investigated, the investigators know. This is to clarify the case reported by NM," said Nurma.
